Scream Cj brings a wavy vibe to his song "Sonder". The beat immediately caught my eye with a sort of arcade type beat with a heavy bass. Once he starts with his verses, you quickly get in your feelings as it makes you think about the one that got away. It made me think of the group Brent Faiyaz was in with the same title. "Sonder" means "The profound feeling of realizing that everyone, including strangers passing in the street, has a life as complex as one's own, which they are constantly living despite one's personal lack of awareness of it". With knowing the defintion, its gives a even deeper understanding of what Scream Cj is portraying in the song. Not only is it a love song to her, but also a realization for himself.
